Can anyone tell me where to get the help files?
I recently installed 3D canvas 7 only to find that it doesn't include the help files. When I tried to download them using the link in the programs Help Menu it took me to the Amabilis web site where they are advertising 3D Crafter. No sign of any link to the 3d Canvas Help Files. I tried emailing them but so far have not got a reply. I tried to get help from TGC, as they sell 3D Canvas, but they didn't want to know and just brushed me off by pointing me back in the direction of Amabilis. Does anybody know where I can download the 3d Canvas Pro help files from?

Did you enter the license code? It's been a while since I installed version 7 and haven't used it for a long time, but I remember that after registering the software, it tells you that there is a new menu item to download "bonus content" or "pro content", something like that. That's where the help files come from. You can't download them separately. If that menu point does not work, then try to contact Amabilis.
By the way, 3D Crafter is the new name for 3D Canvas. It's the same program, they changed the name for copyright issues.
