Effect of weapon based on sparticle

Need effect of weapon shot craeted on sparticle

I need:

Plasma weapon projectile, Laser ray, Laser projectiles

or what you can come up with :)

Need at least 3 effect.

Effect should be optimized and didt have thousends of triagnles

Effect should be rotated to Z axis.

For ray it should be 200 px height
