EPFO Pension eligibility to get a Monthly Pension The EPFO pension is a monthly retirement benefit provided under the Employees’ Pension Scheme, 1995, commonly known as EPS-95. It is administered by the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation, and it mainly benefits employees working in establishments covered under the Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act.
